::Spoke to a very bubbly lady on the phone. Having never been to this pet shop. Arrived with great expectations of buying loads of fun stuff for my dogs. I entered and the lady behind he counter gave me a nod, I sort of hung around viewing the stock, hoping she might ask if I needed help. NONE was forthcoming. So went around the shelves found the bag of dog food I needed, dragged to the till, I did ask the lady if they carried anything for giant breeds. She seemed totally disinterested that I might have a giant breed dog. It was the most uncomfortable shopping experience where it felt like I was invading her space and she was doing me a favor. I tried supporting my local shops, but I will never set foot in THIS store again. I much prefer the Bluff pet shops where they greet you with a smile, make you feel welcome, and will even help, get all your purchases to the car.
