  it's just the same as a public hospital , you will wait for 3 to 4 hours just to get service

  I am highly disappointed with the services I got from Promise who works at Dr Peermeed in Germiston. For a person who is suppose to assist a patient when they call in her services a bad. I called in yesterday regarding if it's possible to see a doctor and found out if I could get Auth. The answer she told me yesterday was she does not k ow I need to come in I told her I am currently at work however tommorow I will be off so I can come and she said okay This morning I made my way there only to be told doctors don't give Auth on weekends I am suppose to be seeing my doctor and a specialist on my for my valve replacement and this is thr services I get to make it worse her fellow colleagues tells me that I'll get Auth if u had to be admitted immediately really really??? I'd I had known I would have called another clinic

  Terrible experience particularly that lady indian doctor, her communication was very unfriendly regretted going there, wouldn't go there anymore.

  I have been to peermed Germiston twice and had a very bad experience. In August I made a booking for Gynecologist and was given 9am. I went there today and was told that the Gyne doesn't work on the appointment I made and I must wait till around 12 seating as if I am seating at a Government hospital. To top it off the lady at the front desk was really really rude on both occasions.

  It was a good experience. Staff were very helpful. Doctor was good. Place is kept clean. Plus free self serve coffee
