::They will actively hide costs. I would not recommend them in any way. I paid for an optional vaccination, I asked how much it would be and they told be R700 per cat, but I would need a booster later. I specifically mentioned that it is expensive but luckily its only once a year... (they did not mention anything about an additional cost for the booster) A month later I go for the booster and they charge me an additional R1100 per cat for the booster. I will not be going back due to these unethical practices.
