::Dec 2017. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Booked an appointment for my mom only to arrive at an empty office run by Rhonda. The office is just a front to the scam. We paid R700 to Passport2000 to walk to the front of the Edenvale Home Affairs at 7.30am only to find out that position holding this que is illegal. A racial riot broke out due to the Passport2000 people "pushing" in front of the que. Home Affairs security intervened and reiterated that no person can stand in for another person in the process. We completed the entire application process on our own and NOT AS ADVERTISED BY Passport2000 as they are NOT allowed to offer a service of assisting in any Home Affairs applications. They are therefore illegally charging the public to pay for a service they cannot offer. What a scam. This business needs to be shut down urgently.

::SHOCKING SERVICE!. I paid R1850 for a vault birth certificate which was promised not to take more than 6 weeks. 11 weeks later I had no vault certificate and zero feedback. I then asked if they can get my unabridged birth certificate instead as this apparently takes much quicker. Another 2 weeks went past with only 1 phone call and still no unabridged birth certificate. I then asked for a refund as it had been 13 weeks later but 4 phone calls and 4 emails later I still have no refund, no feedback and no certificate. This place is a rip off. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

::Very dissapointed in this service. I booked and paid for 3 × passports which you pay R1100 for a passport (deduct the R410 You pay home affairs). And 1x new ID - Just for someone to stand in the queue outside home affairs. That was the extent of the service. I also got highly irate as I was told as soon as I have confirmation that my passports and I'D book were ready that I could call them to set up for them to stand in the queue again. Yet when I called their offices they were closed (would help if you put your office hours on your website). Could have saved R1950.00 if I had known upfront that I was paying a small fortune just for someone to keep me a place in a queue???
