  It's hard because some staff are compassionate, hard working and very caring and helpful while others are rude, careless, slow, and don't seem to care. There is always confusion about the queues, especially upstairs, and some staff will rather want to get into uneccessary private business which has nothing to do with health rather than use that time to thoroughly examine and assist the patient, and explain properly what's wrong and what the medication is for. When I took my daughter there due to illness, they did not once even look at her, nevermind examine her, just shove ponado syrup and allergex in my hands. Didn't even make any notes in her Road to Health card, but made me wait 20 minutes while they had a chat, before giving it back to me. However the staff who do work hard and try their best despite many obstacles and work conditions which aren't great, make up for those who are lacking.

  Helpfull but after u have fought 4 what u came 4 coz some people like to squize themself b4 others

  The servive is very good,even if there are some delays here and there but they are doing their best.
