  Big airport with plenty seating. Enjoyed time there. While waiting to board there is a clear view of runway and other planes landing and taking off. X

  convenient airport with great amenities for all tastes. good selection of lounges. passport control and security were fairly efficient.

  The best Airport,service respect from staff members assistance and special care and concern for the elderly....neat clean and friendly all staff members...Proud of SA Airport...Keep it up...

  It is busy but can be extremely at particular times. Security checks are fine but lines can be long. Have more lines open for these checks. Airport not so modern despite it being busy. Some airline counters are in poor shape and could do better with some touch up. There are a lot of eateries and not many sitting space.

  Good stuff, but the ticketing area so dark, plenty lamp is not working or broken. It's important for a "gate of the house", which is many people abroad or new to this place as guest or transit, not blind and scares. Many lamp is not working even blinking till the gate A18, the gate that i used. The toilet close to gate A18, when i used, the cleaning stuff, asking money to me when i going out. Also as a hub airport, this airport also must be have fountains water and cellphone charging stations, your connection electric like from another planet. I have connection traveling with many kind in 1 socket, but also don't have like connection you have in South Africa. Not normal. Smoking area hiding between coffee shop, without sign so that's not good. Like smoking area owner by them. But people around good and welcome.
