  The seafood meal (platter for one) was pretty standard. Good service. Vegetable mush was what it was - Spinach mush was preferable. Seems like I got the last of the leftovers (from the size). Doesn't mean I was unhappy with the meal.

  We were served by more than three different waiters and their service was poor. I asked a soft drink without ice and the other waiter that I did not order from served me one with ice. My colleague was also served what she did not order. The food took long to come. It was not a good first time experience. But the food was good that is the reason two stars.

  The service was good however avoid eating here if possible. If you happen to think that being so close to the ocean would make the seafood good here , unfortunately, you are mistaken. The prawns were undercooked and still had the dirty black vein in them which meant they weren't not even cleaned before they were cooked. Rice was undercooked and the mussels were drowning in garlic and still didn't taste good. Sorry guys, you need to jack up the food at this establishment.

  One step short of me actually going to place the order myself at the kitchen although 5 waiters standing right next to our table.no bread? Food was overdone burnt old slither of baby hake. Drinks overpriced as usually the surcharge is for service.Useless manager = useless waiters. If I had a free voucher to return I wouldn't even bother so Ocean Basket save your response Im updating my review now 1 month later after the 1st reply from the owner that i should click a generic review webpage ,that its a concern that i unhappy with the service. Honestly? Ive had enough of bad service,my review is as crystal clear as it needs to be so address the issue with your staff that have clearly been managed by an even more disappointing manager.

  I am rating this meal satisfactory. Good prawns and mussels but could do with a little improvement on the abundant sauce taste and rice. Overall, a filling meal.
