::Visited this pharmacy and the white elderly lady at the front desk was extremely helpful as soon as I entered, however it was downhill from there. I waited for about 20 minutes as I saw customers/friends of the pharmacist enter and leave. When I queried about my script, I was told to wait from another lady at front desk- I waited for a further 15 minutes. Finally when I received my script, I told this lady I have never waited so long in a pharmacy before, she told I should have gone to dischem because I would have waited there for much longer. This really upsetted me but I paid for my things and left, only to realise when I got home she didnt even put in some of the things I wanted to purchase. Extremely disappointing and unacceptable!!!

::Very slow and unhelpful service both times I've taken my prescription here. Waiting 10 or more minutes for the staff to give me a quote while feeling sick is not what I consider acceptable.
