::The worst pediatrician ward I’ve ever been to. The nurses take FOREVER to attend to your bell. The ward is super noisy, my son couldn’t have a solid sleep, yet the walls are all written, ‘silence heals’. The scariest is that the nurses DO NOT wash their hands before and after touching your child. The only reason I could not take my child home is that Dr De Gama is the MOST BRILLIANT pediatrician I’ve taken my son to. She’s a mom, she’s experienced, she’s professional, she’s everything you want your child’s doctor. My husband was also admitted here in 2018, HORRIBLE experience. The hospital is bad.

::I am absolutely disgusted by the nurses of this so called private hospital. A close family member spent time in the general ward and in the trauma ICU and the nurses scream and carry on until all hours of the morning. How is a sick patient supposed to get any sleep unless heavily sedated? They also left the patient dirty for hours after they asked them to clean them. They were too busy with their own personal conversations. I would recommend taking your family members and loved ones somewhere else.

::On Thursday 27 February my son was admitted into the casualty department @ Unitas. He was treated by dr. K Hedding and Sr. Claudia( Not sure of spelling). I just want to thank them both for the very friendly and caring service. The sr. for her friendly talk and jokes and professional assistance. Then also to the admission people of that afternoon 17:35. Thank you for being so understanding and friendly. (sorry I am very bad with names). THANKS ALL...

::I only had the best of the best. From reception right through to Ward 2B. There was so much love and caring. That I cried when I left. I didn't want to go home. The staff and doctors showed their love and care towards their patients. I haven't received so much love and attention. En many many years. All I can say thank you Netcare Unitas. I love you guys.keep it up.

::From our arrival we were treated friendly and professionally. We did not wait at any time during the booking in of the patient. The staff were very helpful and well trained. We were explained in detail by the supervisors of each unit what to expect and also answered all our questions in detail. Even the doctors spoke to us casual and answered our questions which normally do not happen. Thank you second floor staff for the good service we received.
