::bad service ever always short stuff , consultants are very slow and they even chat while assisting you .. worst case scenario I made an appointment with a co consultant ,when I got there she was not at work the was no other person to assist .I do not want to touch wait time on ques . I am in a verge of changing banks because of their bad service

::FYI the pictures posted are in NO way related to this branch. This branch of Nedbank (like a lot of other Nedbank branches) is terrible outdated. 1. They don't have a ticket / queuing system in place. Every other bank that I've visited (with the exception of Africa Bank) has had a system like this in place for years. Some of the Nedbank branches have them but they are poorly designed / implemented. 2. There is nobody located at the front desk to direct you. You're just expected to find your own way. Gives new meaning to self-service. 2. The landline used to make telephonic queries is situated in the middle of the room where the entire room can eavesdrop on your personal details. After months of complaining, nothing has been done to address my queries. I haven't even gotten so much as a response back. They just don't seem to care. Well now maybe they will after seeing this. Or not. Do yourself a favour and bank elsewhere!!!
