  Waiting times can sometimes be a little long when busy, but staff is very helpful and friendly. Extended business hours especially when compared to other banks in the mall.

  The ticketing system does not work. It never has. I walked in, got my ticket and was served immediately! This infuriated people waiting for over an hour before me. I insisted the teller help them, but she refused. I walked out as this was humiliating for me, and put me on the spot.

  They don't take complaints at the bank, the "step in" bank manager put me on a phone to wait for another 20 minutes to lay a complaint . Their queing system prioritizes you according to what you are there to do. A bank statement on behalf of my grandmother took 45min and many others people that waited 10min went to a teller before me. They give you no idea of progress or how long you will have to wait because they don't have a que.
