  Never come across a more rude individual than the lady behind the reception counter who serves customers. Someone should tell her that she is not doing us a favor by allowing us to do business and provide funding to her country.

  I called to ask about a Danish citizen (who is in south africa) obtaining a Visa and whether or not it was possible to get one at the border as there is no mozambique embassy in Denmark. The lady I spoke to was incredibly unhelpful and unnecessarily rude. She didnt know anything and couldn't answer any questions. She just said "how should I know?". Um.. you work for the mozambique embassy. I think you should know. Terrible.

  went to apply for my wife's tourist visa , i must say Frank was very informative and very efficient. A very productive embassy office , congrats to the team. Frank is a star!!!

  Went in to apply for a business VISA on the 3rd Dec 2018. Process was seamless and the staff was exceedingly helpful. I noticed a lot of people coming there had issues with respect to the documents required to apply so I would like to add a few pointers that would have helped and other plan, information which is not on the official website. When applying for a tourist VISA you must have a hotel confirmation or a stamped letter from your tour provider detailing your trip. When applying for a Business VISA, in addition to the letter of invitation, you must the ALVARA (company registration) and the IVA (company tax clearance). Without these you will not get anywhere. You however will not need Hotel and flight confirmations. If you forgot a document or recently got one, they will print for you at a cost of r10 per page. You can ONLY pay by card. No cash is accepted. Once you apply before 12pm you can collect at 3pm. There is a Killarney Mall where you can chill out. There is parking here so no problems there. If i missed anything please feel free to add/ask.

  Visa service is faster enough, Receptions are helpful.
