::Hi, i brought my car in for service last week Thursday since it falls under essential service provider and by mistake i left with the car remote later upon picking my car i realized the invoice included remote battery change which was never done just yesterday checking my engine i saw that water was also not refilled... how can we put our trust on you when you indicated on the list that indeed remote battery was changed when you know very well it wasn't.

::The team is welcoming. Very helpful sales representatives, Riaan was able to assist. Its only unfortunate that we are in the covid-19 era therefore, lockdown level regulations and restrictions have to apply, so they are not able to sell vehicles to individuals for peraonal use during level 4. ::Bought a Toyota Fortuner from Monument Toyota a few months ago and went back today to have a minor squeak in the armrest attended to. We were offered a cup of coffee while Jan Jacobs took our car to the workshop. Within 10 minutes the squeak was fixed- ‘no problem is a problem’ Jan said ! Excellent service!!

::Overall, I would rate their service very good. Mercedes Benz cannot hold a candle to the courteous service that I received when I went back to Toyota and the services have been excellent. Unlike Mercedes Benz with their atrocious attitude I do not feel that they are doing me a favour by providing decent service. When problems arose and my vehicle was damaged while being serviced they went out of their way to minimise the disruption and fixed the damage. The servicing is inexpensive and done with a smile.
