  I ordered medicen for 15 treatments paid R2515 including consultation fee, which was 2lines per treatment but only use 8 treatments and the medicen was finished, i phoned they said they cant help me,

  Long waiting time even if you've made an appointment. Disappointing. Spent more than 4 hours there. Feels like a government institution.
