  Very poor service waited three days and no quote was sent to me for my vehicle.Phoned the dealer principle and he also said he would come back to me but did not.I am really disappointed with VW service.

  Flew from Cape town after they told me the car was available and when I got there they told me that it has been sold. Poor Service

  "Johnny" the Sales Manager unfortunately doesn't understand the basics of Customer Service or Sales. Zero passion and/or EQ. I told him he didn't seem excited I was calling but was still unfriendly. I then told him I wanted to deal with someone who wanted the business. His reply was, "Do what you want". So in a highly competitive auto industry, the GM should reconsider who you have representing you as a leader. Can only imagine how this transfers to rest of team.
