::I went to close my account. This guy was assisting me just only took my ID and I asked him he will close the account. I keep getting smses with balance meaning it was active. I called customer care which confirmed there was no call in or anything. I had to tell her to close the account. I lost my card and i wanted it to close it and this wasn't done in time. Lucky is still not used. BAD SERVICE
