  Professional staff and clean facilities, but very noisy at times, either from the roads or inconsiderate guests. Maybe rules about appropriate noise levels need to be shared at book in. Across the road there is a caltex where taxis stand with loud music that you can hear in the conference facilities. Services are well organised and staff are always willing to help.

  Good host these people are... clients are not just numbers but people that are taken care of. I love the atmosphere from the guards outside to the reception personnel, even the cleaners and maintenance... It's a good place that represents being an African well well.
