::I would not recommend them at all. The call centre send a locksmith from their database. The experience was very bad. I was advised a call-out fee of R395 and although I asked for a quote before any work commenced, I was told by Norman (the attending locksmith) that he could only tell me once he had removed the locks. The total price he wanted to replace 2 trellidor keys was R4,180 !!!!!!!! And because that is just ridiculous, I told him to leave at which point I was told I had to pay him for removing the locks. A total of R1,690 for probably 30 minutes on site and he did not even leave the removed locks. When I reported this to the call centre, they honestly did not care at all. Shocking - and this was during a weekday so not even after hours rate, or an emergency.
