  Upmost respect to the professional and empathetic professionals at St Mark's Clinic. There is a structured full day which consists of compulsory group counseling, exercise, teaching real coping mechanisms to take skills home with you and one on one counseling. A very busy day indeed. Group counseling consists of people with similar experiences for example; Depression group , Anxiety , Abuse, anger management or Addiction Support. Men and Ladies separate accommodation. And people with very serious mental illness in a separate wing. Neat quiet rooms no TV except in common lounge. Expect to have a roommate.😊 No laptops allowed. Quiet atmosphere. Communal canteen, Serves meals and teas. Group Counseling sessions were extremely helpful, no-nonsense. Expect to be exhausted after the first few sessions. Very practical support and advice also given to women, men and children at risk who decide to free themselves from abuse in their household. Visiting hours from 4 to 7 pm. There is also advise on how to support your loved ones through a difficult time.
