::I contacted Lissa for assistance with my Permanent Residency visa. I had already tried to do it myself and two other 'agencies' who were useless! (I found out later that one of them was not even a Lawyer!) The professional service I received from Lissa was such a contrast. Ms Luna was able to assess quickly what needed to be done and what was required in terms of documentation. The entire process was seamless and I received my visa promptly.
