  I dont know why this people they ask you to call knowing they wont answer ... I'm very worried as we have to email our forms from next month but they cant even reply to e-mail i send . Poor service

  Poor customer experience at this centre. They do not answer their phone like the national call centre of national support email team. What a shame and poor delivery of service to the mass who contribute to UIF monthly with their sweat and tears. This behaviour need to come to an end. If people don't want to do their jobs they leave the to other people who are willing seve the public.

  Its the second time that I got there and the system's isint working can you please fix the system's and help the people that needs to be help cz if it goes on like this for longer its then to lat to help your people and get customer service because at the moment there is no customer service
