  Bought my car from them a year ago, getting ready to head back to them for a service To this day, I can't get over the impeccable level of service I received from this team 10/10 would and have recommended to family and friends

  I am VERY DISAPPOINTED! I took my car for service this morning not because it’s due for service BUT because it had malfunctioning of lights!! BUT all l got was a bill of R8035.00 and my lights still not fixed,STILL NOT WORKING! I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED AND SAD. I Was Just Told Of More Problems As If l Took My Car To Them Just For Assessment. Absolutely NOTHING IS FIXED. I trusted Toyota dealers for the past 8 years since l bought my car, l have been servicing it with them and all was well But thinking of it was because my car was still new and it had no problems now it has problem that’s why they did not do anything because they don’t know what to do ! How can a dealership like Toyota in particular fail to fix the Malfunctioning of lights and replacing the cables which were eating by rats ?????!!!!

  I went to get a car key for my Corolla (2002 model). They were efficient on the phone, and the guy even told me how to save costs by going to rosebank locksmiths to get the key cut. Gave me the replacement part no issues. Happy experience.
