::PATHETIC SERVICE Stood in a long que as always and when I finally got to the teller she tells me they offline and I will not be able to pay with my card. Not one person had the decency to let the customers know that they offline, client satisfaction clearly means nothing at this branch.

::We did a credit app for an account. It took very long, we had to provide all details and months later found out it wasn't submitted according ot another Jet. The staff needs to explain in more clarity how these things work or how to follow up on it
