  A biz that I am involved with, we are constantly innovating to reach the needs of an ever evolving market. I believe we please most, you will never make everyone happy, but if I can manage over 90% of happy customers / clients consistently, I would consider this a worthy milestone. I have hit that milestone, never would I go into a comfort zone. A solid biz on the rise, 20 + years we have been around and going everywhere.
