::They used to be good but customer service and especially "after sales" service has deteriorated the last 3 years. Very low response rate and you are just a number (no personal touch). Their Forex department (Incompass) take ages to respond and do not provide a GUI Interface for money transactions (old school: phone call, wait 24 hours, sign paper, email again etc.)--> It's 2017 and not 1987.
