  I am very angry and disappointed at the service revived today. This is the second trip my mother-in-law has been on where the bus had broken down. BUSES SHOULD BE PROPERLY MAINTAINED!!! Then there was an issue with a passenger not wanting to get off the bus in Pinetown because he wanted them to take him to Durban. Due to strikes and unrest this keg had been cancelled. This continued fir about 20 minutes. The kicker was that I had called the customer service and after a free conversations was told the situation was resolved and the bus was on the road again!!! This was completely untrue as I had just spoken to my mother!!! This false communication was unacceptable!!! We needed to be aware of the situation.

  On the 30 March 2018 carrier travelling from Pretoria to Kimberley, 3 passengers were drinking alcohol, smoking marijuana and cigarettes on the bus and when an elderly lady passenger complained that it was affecting her asthma, they started a fight with her. The driver and other crew DID NOTHING about it, didn't even kick them off whilst they continued making a ruckus. At the stop in Wolmaransstad, they carried on smoking and shouting obscenities: "They should have used a private jet if they're going to complain so much" - one of the female perpetrators said. This is such disgusting behaviour as the other passengers and children on board were uncomfortable and upset all because of those three people. Something should be done to create better customer service and deal with valid complaints effectively.

  Shocking , disrespectful, appalling, rude service... Delays for over 3 hours and told by the drivers that the buses are overbooked that there are not enough buses for the people Manager said he did not care that customers had paid and that the customer should have known 6 hours before the bus would be late and no refund was possible Manager also did not care that the buses were late and didn't think it necessary to keep passengers updated - they could wait Manager said he did not care if passenger wanted refund, would not happen and passenger could either leave or wait until the buses got there Some passengers had been waiting since 19:30 and still were clueless when they would be leaving Bus drivers have to drive fast on the roads to make up for lost time and no concern for passenger safety

  I had the worst experience ever while coming from Jhb to Durban. The bus permit had expired and the A/C wasn't working the worse part the bus had a bad smell. I will never use intercity xpress ever again.

  This bus is always late, very inefficient and an overall terrible experience. I have been utilizing their services for almost 5 years ( not by choice, simply because its the only bus that actually goes to Margate) and you would think they would get better with time, no it really has been worse. I honestly think it's because they are a monopoly in transportation travelling to the South Coast. I hope other bus services develop a route going to the coast.
