  VEHICLE SERVICE: Easy to find. The service representatives are well presented and take you through each step. A lift is offered to your place of work if requested. The service representatives keep in contact with you all the way and let you know when the work is complete. Overall, a good experience. I would recommend them based on the service I received.

  I bought a brand new car in September 2017 and later discovered that it had defective parts. My car has been in and out for repairs. To this day, the car remains with some parts still not fixed. Now I want them to take their car back, and they want to hold me financially liable for the difference between my settlement and the trade in value. Why am I paying for something that isn't my fault? Terrible experience on buying a new car from Imperial Ford Culemborg, and i would never recommend buying a new car from them to anyone.
