  3 people were there 1 was helping and I bring tracking number and am told that they canthink use it to find my package and I bring I'd they don't need it when I don't they do need it very unhelpful and the lady I spoke to there was very rude

  4 people behind the counter and only 1 counter open and working as slow as possible!! Over paid and under utilized

  I was the only person in the queue with 4 employees behind the counter, I was there for more than 20 minutes then was told that they don’t have a card machine to pay
