::I have ordered and paid for goods in November. I am still waiting for the products. I phone everyday enquiring about my order and I hear a different story everyday. Even the supervisor Lucke was very rude to me. Apparently they gave a big company that ordered aircoolers my 2 aircoolers to makeup the big aircooler order. I can't get any answer from anybody. Customer service also do not answer their phone
