::First time ever in a Hirsch's store. What a pleasant surprise! Helpful friendly staff who appreciate humor, understand my requirements and very helpful in the decision making process. Pity that the delivery if the fridge was not so seamless, the wrong fridge was brought so now I'm delayed.

::I would like to congratulate Hirsch's Homestore in Struben's Valley for exceptional good service. I have bought a Gas Cooker yesterday from Ashley Naik. His service was excellent! Not only professional and friendly but he ensured that the order was delivered to me in time as requested. He deserve a 5 star rating!

::It feels like 500 Sales people in every store watching you like a hawk making shopping uncomfortable and incredibly awkward. For these salespeople, “no thank you” is a word that has no meaning in any language! Even interrupting you while you are having a conversation with your significant other. Hirsch's does however have some of the best high end appliances with a fantastic store lay out.

::Its lovely place ,and the store has everything you need for home and garden,:massive sections with flat screen TVs, fridges,vacuum Cleaner's, and many more ...also situated behind makro in Roodepoort, it's very easy access to the main roads ,the store is neat,clean,and will organize.also the stuff very helpful,..highly recommended.

::As you walk into the door at Hirsch's Struben's Valley you are confronted by a group of desperate sales people. It always make me think twice before I go there. Generally the sales staff is are not well trained in every product and cannot help you without having to read the information on the box before they can answer a question. Thank you for your response to my review. Maybe you could help your staff by giving them more training on the products you sell, and maybe they don't need to confront you as soon as you walk into the store.
