::Dr Roux is so not friendly, he is rude, impatient and unsympathetic. He didn't explain anything to me, he just wrote me a script for the meds and said "we're done". When I asked questions you could see that he is getting irritated and he gave me quick and short answers just to get me off his face 😔
Not Happening
::How many times do you have to tell them you are ill? I don't go there for fun. I was so out of it, I lost my wallet and glasses on the way home. Not even clear how I got home. So for two weeks worth of groceries money, I got a pat on the back and told to go get bed rest. I don't think they will see me again either. I will heed the lady below and go to that doctors from now on.

::I went there yesterday with a 10 month old who was unconscious they told me about appointments and they will only assist us after 7:30pm. Very rude and not welcoming

::Really bad experience today with dr Roux, rude, unsympathetic and impatient.If someone visits your practice on a sunday they really dont feel well, didnt tell my daughter his diagnosis, just wrote a script and rushed her out. If you cant handle patients properly dont work on a sunday. pay xtra for a sunday but get nothing for it.
