  Worst service ever!! They receive your international items but take two to three months to give you a slip to come fetch them. This is what happens when undeserving black people are given jobs that other people can do way better!!

  Parcel arrived at Hatfield one week earlier. No updated tracking information. One week later we got a slip with a new tracking number and an updated status of again the same day one week ago. Still no status of the second parcel with the same old tracking information. Like in a Third World country...

  Very bad Very slow Only 3 windows open at all times (even busy hours) while the rest of the staff just sits in the other windows. You might as well grab a chair if one of the staff members with an open window is helping a friend or relative. They are going to update each other on everything!!! Everything!!!! They suffer from 'the system is offline' and will not update your tracking number once they receive your package until someone gets bored. The one star is for the staff member that does eventually help you. They are not rude or mean but listen and seem to do all they can to assist.
