::The bank manager is most stupid and rude person to who i ever talked from any bank,he act like he is from an immigration department not from a bank he asked me i must be legal in south affrica to open and account i told him i got south african permanent residency and i can provide my employment letter and pay slips then he said i must bring south african ID and he kept talking nonstop to make me feel like im commitimg a crime with trying to open an account there, in south african banks the staff is more friendly and helpful to you and they don't ask silly questions if you meet their requiremets so why the hell ill keep my money in HBL than South African banks ill suggest to HBL management from headoffice to keep some matured and grown up representatives at their branches
