  First time & definitely coming back. If thats how customers are treated everyday- the store is blessed with good staff. Not one grumpy assistant like other fabric stores I have been to. Every interaction was such a bliss from the time I entered the store till I left.Not to mention their hospitality (greeting, on standby whilst you are browsing , other staff members checking if you have anyone assisting you till the pay counters where I was even wished a lovely day further & someone to help carry my heavy load). Such a beautiful shopping experience for a fabric shop,definitely recommending your shop to everyone I know. Keep up the good work!!! Been a while since I had such good service I could not keep quiet about it.

  The one stop all you need haberdashery, friendly, helpfull staff, they will drop anything to be of assistance. Super awesome a must visit for all moms who make clothes, knitting, curtains, blinds just all under one roof.

  one stop shop for anything a seamstress needs! Every kind of sewing materials, upholstery , art craft stuff and many more! Good service with people helping you in where to find what in the shop as well as technical advice on materials. They do accept returns ( not on patterns and and cut fabrics) even without slip as long as it's in its original packaging with their name on it! They are running a business , so expect them to be a bit reluctant before accepting it but they do. They took back some stuff I bought I think a year ago without a till slip . They deducted the mine from my total amount of the day . They do have specials especially on out of season fabrics. Ask for it , the price is extremely low .

  Had everything I needed at an affordable price. I loved going here to shop for all my creations and designs. Would recommend, really felt at home.

  Despite their large assortment of haberdashery, their obtuse approach to returned goods - they simply refuse to accept anything back, even within the hour and with good reason - made me feel that, unless I was desperate for something of their goods, I will not return. The elderly owner, when asked "Would you rather loose a customer for a 10R item ?" replied carelessly "So what?"...
