  Horrible there machines are soo loud and night when they beeping I prefer going to Midlands medical center, Daymed Hospital or Medi-clinic

  i wish i could give - stars for the pathetic treatment my grandfather received. From the time he entered the hospital to this very second, their treatment has been terrible. i am so glad that he will be leaving and going to Northdale tomorrow. 1) They make everyone wait for so long while they sit and talk with their friends instead of helping. 2) The nurses are so unprofessional. they all had dictionaries and were looking up meanings for words. One even asked me how to spell daughter so she could write my relationship with my grandfather down. This is not someone i would like treating me. 3) My grandfather was on a bed and the 3 nurses who were present needed him to be moved into another bed. Instead of carrying him and moving him onto the bed, they demanded that we lift him up and move him. We would not have had any problem with this but my grandfather was attached to multiple machines and drips so we asked the 3 nurses to assist us. They point blank refused. 4) as my grandfathers body had filled up with water, he was very heavy. Therefore when we lifted him up, the sheet under him tore. Instead of the nurses putting a new sheet, they left the torn sheet as they "didn't have any other ones" 5) Not only that, but the clothes they gave him were also too small, and when we asked for another one, they could not be bothered. eventually we just went into the linen room and got we wanted ourselves.... And this was all just on the first day

  How do I reach the PRO at Greys? My cousin had a seizure in November and was treated at a primary health care hospital, was instructed by the attending physician if it occurs again to go directly to Greys Hospital as they are the only facility with a CT Scanner. He had a second seizure today and was taken there only to be sent with his own transport back to the primary health care. He had two more seizures one en route and one in the waiting area this is unacceptable service delivery. Families are not medically trained to deal with seizures hence they seek professionals who are supposed to be.
