  Only one person at the teller, the rest were on their cell phones and the one that was working was very unprofessional and unfriendly.

  If I receive an important letter on 2 February that was posted on 15 December, how can I ever give you more than 1 star? We never receive parcel notifications. Many parcels are returned because you just don’t do your work.
