::Do NOT order online from them during the lockdown. They are not reachable and their support is terrible. It took them 3 weeks to deliver and then also did not deliver everything. It's been a struggle for weeks now just to get hold of someone to sort this out.

::I have never received such bad service, from sales man through to Manager. Sales man encouraged me to add an extended warranty to my TV which I was unsure about after he clearly mentioned for only R500 I decided to add it. However, at the till I checked the slip and it was R599. After addressing him - he pointed out was only R99 so doesn't really matter. This attitude is anything but what a good salesman should have. The cashier was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. Selecting cash not card, which meant I needed to purchase a voucher in order to pay my bill. The deal included a R200 voucher however due to the cashier errors - no voucher was provided. I speak to a manager who then send me to customer care where I had to start the process again.. unfortunately by this stage my patience from the incompetent staff had reach my limits and landed up walking out without the voucher! After this experience I will never be returning to this store!
