::Ridiculous that they have systems that you are told not to use! Having to collect a card, I'm told to take an 'other services' ticket because ppl that have been waiting in line before me would have an issue ... yet I'm here to collect my card and leave.... why have a service that can't be used! Is their HQ aware of this???? The attitude of the lady that assisted me was absolutely disgusting! And this is the second time I'm here to collect the same card!!!! Once this collection is done ... 11 years of business with fnb will be done! #changingbanks
