  Ever since the previous Melrose Arch store closed down 3 years ago, life in Melrose Arch Mall has not been the same. The newly renovated and stocked store puts the previous store too shame. The staff are a pleasure to talk too and are very respectful. I truly hope this store does not close down again.

  This is the newly opened Melrose Arch exclusives books and bears little resemblance to the store that closed a few years ago. It has less selection, than the previous incarnation of the store, but the look and feel is light and airy as opposed to dark and dreary. The store also has a vida e coffee shop which serves great coffee. All in all a win.

  Worst book store ever. Cant keep to thier trading hours, failure to notify you if they closing early. Asked if a book can be reserved, drive 40km to go pick it up after being re-assured the store will be open until 7.. Get there at 6 and there store is closed. Absolute waste of time and petrol.

  I have been trying to call you the entire morning. Your phone does not get answered. Your Sandton store was meant to get back to me as the system says you have a book in stock which I am trying to trace. They obviously cannot get hold of you either.
