  Great service. Even noticed that my drivers licence was about to expired and recommended I have it renewed.

  Extremely bad experience. Attitude of Europcar staff at OR Tambo airport was bad. No one at the vehicle when we wanted to disagree with the written chip report. Wheels were out of balance. All 4 tyres were different pressures. 1.8, 2.3 & 3.0. Also different Tyre treads. Everything was reported to Martin at Europcar Hatfield. Martin was attentive & helpful

  Nice rental car, but they charged us three times more than initially quoted. We only got a partial refund after complaining. This is simply maffiosi style money making. We sticked to what we agreed upon, but they came up with a lot of extra costs for things that we didn't ask for. Since they have your credit card number, they simply take the money. You really need to complain before you get (partially) refunded. In the end we paid twice as much. very painful and what a hassle!

  Car was great but client service poor. Nobody to check my car when I left or came back. Meant delays.

  A friend runs his company from here, they do have great facilities inside I must say.
