  I would like to send my sincere gratitude to the service I received when I came to renew my licence. The two guys who helped me, I forgot their names, one was doing the thumbs and pics (he is light in complexion) and the other was a cashier. I will send their names tomorrow. Those are the people who knows what customer care is. they deserve a raise. The lady who was attending to those who came to fetch their licence cards, was rude, we could all hear her screaming at people for no apparent reason. that one needs to go work at the back of the office making tea Jeanette Lesisa
