::Very bad service need to change the staff to younger generation they are old and tired. Old people they sit there for hours without any service very bad bad service I experienced it yesterday I'm still angry even today if it was not the fact that my parcels are there, I dont want to go there ever again.

::Very poor service, I've been the next in line for the past 30mins now and they are all just busy doing nothing, roaming around, and watching customers wait on forever, not sure if this is due to the age bracket (old men and women) or just blatant disregard for the job they do.. Absolutely abysmal service delivery. Close it down or change the staff.!

::No ever answers the phone, staff is slow their attitude stinks and they have no sense of urgency. To top it off their track and trace (for overseas parcels ) is always offline. I'm ashamed to even admit that that is our main post office. P.S the place could do with a face-lift (renovation or a paint job)
