  Staff is friendly and Dr Swanepoel always professional. My children feel comfortable with the friendly staff.

  Rude practice staff, extremely xenophobic Afrikaaners. Refuse to treat a patient who is a legal foreigner because doesn't have an SA ID number and when told when when booking was made that we would pay cash, still pushed the issue on day of appointment and forced the issue about medical aid. Even though medical aid spoke to them, and cash payment was an option they still would not budge. Treated the potential patient like a moron and kept saying the same thing. They will claim that the reason for refusal of treatment was that the patient was rude but that was after he had been treated condescendingly and like an inferior person.
