::They took 2 hours to come fetch my deceased mother. Then they wated R1800. Then after negotiation agreed on R900. Asked for an invoice. They gave me a small piece of torn paper with hand writen banking details. In the interm i got another funeral service to collect my mother. When they arrived they told me Doves won't release my deceased mother untill I pay. I asked for the invoice and was told i must pay cash. I then went to the back of the counter, rolled up the garage door and released my mothers deceased body. I then went to reception and asked for an invoice so that I can pay them. They could still not give me an invoice. All they could say is I broke the garage door. If you see the door it's quite clear that it is impossible for me to break this large steel door. It is truly sad that one is treated like this 2Hours after your mother has died. To be told they won't release a persons body untill you pay R900 cash on the spot.
