::8 days and still not a call back from the manager or a reply from head office. I ordered the sub deal and my first bite I bit into 3 hairs baked onto my sub. Disgusting I called immediately was told the manager will get back to me and this was 8 days ago. I even emailed photos to customer care and yet no response. Can anyone say maybe the health inspector should visit?

::Debonairs Selcourt is the worst worst branch ever....they do not understand meaning of treating customers fairly ..we got there and ordered pizza at 18:06, waited until 18:36 no communication about the delays..we had to ask and got to be told they don't know what is really happening in the kitchen...did not even bother to apologise ...other customers started complaining in frustration. it was my second time experiencing such ....we couldn't take it we asked for our money back.....I wouldn't recommend it to anyone not even in my sleep. I am very disappointed and they attitude suck.. DO NOT GO THERE
