::Someone there is very unprofessional. Made us wait from 9:30 till 12:30 with my 3 year old in the reception area for his grommets. How do you keep a 3 year old entertained in a reception area for that long? Only later they said, "oh but you could have come in later and he could have drank or eaten something this morning". Why was I then told to come in at 9:30 and not have him eat or drink from 4:30 the morning. Very very unprofessional, would rather go somewhere else next time.
