::Poor service ... There is a phone number on the site but you cant speak to a consultant over the phone only via email .... I want to book online at the portal ... But all i get for a whole week is the portal is busy actualizing...

::Do not go to the Consulate. They turn you away at the door. You need to do an online booking. The online booking is quite complicated. I still haven't got through yet. Very worried. I will have to go through an attorney to try translate the online system. Portuguese folks are having a bad time trying to get help here. I will be trying to go to another city's consulate. Hope that they do not turn me away as well. Otherwise fly to Portugal and try some help there.

::The sistem they have at this consulate does not work well. Please implement the electronic ticketing sistem where one comes in and chooses what they need to do and get a ticket for that purpose. The sistem the consulate as now does not work well and the waiting is to long. Let's hope this can be sorted.
