  Citroën Hatfield fails to answer their phone and meet their commitment to provide quotes. My car has been in their workshop for two days and I keep having to phone them to get an update - with limited success. Is it unrealistic to expect the dealership to provide feedback on the status of a vehicle in their workshop? This is very frustrating and disappointing. I hope other clients can report better experiences.

  Parts and spare shop very slow. It took me an hour to buy a part, but the staff is very friendly.
