  Pathetic customer service. The new manager thinks he knows it all. He don't even know his regular customers and such a pain to exchange faulty product.

  I bought a rotisserie chicken. I took a bite which tasted like cardboard dipped in old oil. Was this made on Saturday. (Today is Sunday). I even asked for FRESH CHICKEN and was pointed to the below specimen that should only be allowed in a biology lab studying the salmonella virus. It is disgusting.

  Bought something off a table for specialls, get to the tills and the one item rings up the normal price, they tell me that particular one is not on special, which I informed the teller that there were more on the table which I showed her and she saw. The supervisor comes to the teller, doesn't speak to me directly but to the teller, I tell the supervisor and there is no concern, not professionally handled, looks for the Manager, they can't find her and then a process controller says someone must have put it there, I said it's no possible as there are more on the table. They never handled the situation properly, very poor service and unapologetic and tried to pass the buck.

  Could be a great store if the staff were any good. Deli, bakery - both slow and useless. Tellers - slow and generally unfriendly. Management rare, slower and more useless that anyone else in the store. Otherwise a wide selection and can generally get most of my shopping done here. Fresh produce variable from day to day. Not a shop for efficiency. If you’re want to experience quality staff from teller through management - go to Woolworths, completely different experience.

  Clean, friendly amd reasonable prices. Well stocked. Has a good home appliance section.
