::Useless and useless! Please can you take down your service of excellence certificates cause you making a mockery! They sit there having hardly any customers picking their noses! when you ask them to look for your parcel they say they not allowed to and bla bla alot of mumbo jumbo just to feed their laziness! The manager is just as useless milling around doing nothing!!! So sick of this service in the whole of Sa and the worst is Telkom!!!
